November 6, 2004 John "FuzzFace" McMahon creates his Illya Kuryakin character on KoL.
March 19, 2005 Illya Kuryakin first experiments with Internet Radio during the amazing KoL party "Arkanstock." Said party was hosted by the legendary DJs Artsychick and SeveredToe. Illya also spends a lot of quality time with a drain plunger during the party.
July 26, 2005 Artsychick and SeveredToe open WKOL. Illya joins WKOL as one of the first DJs. Lacking a coherent plan, Illya pulls the name "Bomb Shelter Radio" out of his a## and BSR is born. Unlike the most programming on WKOL, BSR is broadcast from a system running Mac OS X.
June 11, 2006 WKOL closes suddenly (damn the Illuminati!). Illya announces the Plan B Radio Network on LiveJournal. PBRN will host BSR irregularly (eat more fiber!) through the end of 2007.
